I'm Thomas Walker, and with me it's English from first quote to final coat. No vague quotes, no vanishing halfway through. You'll know the price, the plan and the finish date before a brush comes out, and every wall gets my standard, no shortcuts.
Before a coat goes on, every crack is filled and sanded flush and every repair is spot-primed. Between coats, trim gets a light sand. Before the tape comes off, every room is walked in raking light to catch what daylight hides.
Brand, colour code and sheen are written on your quote, never buried in a lump sum.

The process
01 / 05
Steps 01 · 02
Cardboard on the floors and furniture protected. Every suspect wall checked for damp, and the existing paint tested before anything goes over it.
Steps 03 · 04
Fine Filler, sanded flush once cured, dust lifted with a vacuum and tack cloth. Low-tack tape on all trim, sockets and glass.
Step 05
Every repair spot-primed with stain-blocking primer, a full coat on new plaster or a major colour change.
Steps 06 · 07 · 08
Edges painted with a natural-bristle brush, rolled with a short-nap microfibre roller, a light sand between coats on trim, and the room walked in raking light.

Steps 09 · 10
Tape pulled while touch-dry so nothing tears. Full clean-down, walkthrough, and an aftercare card with your exact colour codes.
Two ways to work with me
Both come with full prep and the same standard of work. The difference is scope, materials and documentation, and how long I stand behind it in writing.

What clients say
"The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, considering some of the damage that needed to be fixed. The expectations were clearly set and they were met quickly. I'll definitely be using Flawless Finish again."
"We had an unexpected painting emergency (had to move in the next day and the previous tenants left the flat in a bad condition). Called Tommy and within 2 hours he was there with all the equipment and ready to save the day. He stayed until very late and finished the work the same night. He left the apartment spotless, very professionally covered all outlets, doors and floors and when we came the next day, you wouldn't even know he was there if it weren't for the flawlessly painted walls. Would definitely recommend!!"
Common questions
Never off a photo. You get three colour options and a price range first, then a free 20-minute walkthrough and a written quote with the scope, the paint and every line, parking included. Labour is priced separately from paint and materials, so you can see exactly what each costs. Jobs up to 3 days: 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Longer jobs: 50% upfront, 25% at the midpoint, 25% on completion.
Yes. Every conversation, scope and variation is in plain English, and so is the written quote.
Yes, in writing. Minimum Finish carries a 12-month workmanship warranty. The Flawless Signature carries a 24-month warranty, plus 24 months of free touch-ups. You get it at handover with an aftercare card listing your exact paint codes.
On The Flawless Signature the completion date is fixed. If I'm late you get a 5% credit for every working day, up to 20%, unless the delay is on your side or force majeure.
Farrow & Ball, Caparol and Dulux, all stocked in Prague, so there's no import wait. Little Greene or Benjamin Moore on request, with the longer lead time and shipping quoted as their own line.
In a prewar flat it's usually lime plaster over brick, which moves, cracks and needs careful filling and priming. Panelák walls are concrete and behave differently. I check at the walkthrough and price the prep to match.
Low-VOC paint is available, and the room is kept ventilated while work is under way. Tell me at the walkthrough and I'll plan around it.
No. Access is agreed up front. On The Flawless Signature you get a daily photo and video log, so you can follow along from anywhere.
Structural repairs, damp treatment beyond minor surface filling, and electrical or plumbing work. Large-scale wallpaper removal is quoted separately.
